Jane Todd, Chief Executive Nottingham City Council, presents a key note address at the Invest in Nottingham London event which attracted over 200 influential business professionals including major investors, venture capitalists, high profile retailers, people who are responsible for government office relocations, potential end users, London intermediaries, major infrastructure investors and developers. In her speech Jane highlighted points on why it is so attractive for invest in Nottingham. With an economy worth £12.1bn and ranked as one of England's eight core cities in the UK, Nottingham is the 7th richest city in the UK. Boasting over 50 regional and national headquarters are based in the city; two world-class universities with over 55,000 students and over £1 billion currently invested in ambitious development projects, Nottingham is poised for strong investment and growth in coming years.
